1. I paid 65$ for a baby camera. On the app they mentioned that it is rechargeable but when I received it, the camera was not rechargeable and they didn't accept to exchage it, even I contacted them in the same day. So I had to put an electronic cord in the baby crib. The customer service is a lie. 2. The connection between the camera and the monitor is very weak and works only on a short distance, the item was overpriced comparing the quality.

Hello , We apologize for the disappointment. But we double check your concerns with complaint department , the camera work on electric and the screen monitor work on battery .

1-The app keep signing me out automaticaly, each time I open the app I need to sign in again and write my password again that I keep forgetting, the app doesn't have option to remember my password. 2- once I place an order there is no option to edit that order. what if I made a mistake in the order and I want to add or remove an item. You must give an option to edit the order during processing time.

Absolutely amazing app. It's so easy to use, and the diversity in their products is outstanding. Literally, one can find all his needs on this app at affordable prices and with great quality. Note: I'm completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
